This Privacy Policy describes how AIGNCY, LLC ("AIGNCY", "we") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use AIGNCY Studio ("Service").
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account Information
- Your email address, and your name and profile photo if you add them or sign in with Google
- Your sign-in methods (email link or Google). Studio has no passwords
- Your signed-in devices and when each was last active, so you can see them and sign them out
- Your confirmation that you are 18 or older and accept the Terms, and when you gave it
- Your email preferences
1.2 Payment Information
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details
- We keep your Stripe customer ID, plan, invoices and payment status
- Your billing country, for tax and to check where crates can be sold
- If you add a card, a card fingerprint from Stripe (not the card number), used to stop repeat free trials
1.3 AI Models and Consent Records
- The reference photos you upload to create an AI model. These show a face and often a body, so we treat them as sensitive
- The consent record for each AI model: your account, the time, the exact wording and its version, where you confirmed it and how many photos it covered
1.4 Content You Upload and Generate
- Templates you upload, and your confirmation that you have the right to use them
- Links and videos you give to Recreate
- Images and videos you generate, with the inputs and settings used
- Your Vault folders and favorites, calendar plans and captions, and Inspo follows and preferences
1.5 Credits, Purchases and Crates
- Your credit balance and history: credits added, spent, refunded and expired
- Shop purchases and your collection
- A record of every crate open: the crate, the odds version, the random seed and the result
1.6 Safety and Abuse Prevention
- IP addresses and approximate location (country and region), to stop abuse, apply rate limits and check where crates can be sold
- A one-way hash of your email address, so a free trial cannot be claimed twice
1.7 Communications and Reports
- Support requests, complaints, feedback and bug reports
- Takedown requests: the reporter's name, email and signature, where the content is, and the details given
1.8 Analytics
Only if you allow analytics cookies. Section 6 explains what is collected.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide the Service: sign you in, generate content with your AI models, store your Vault and deliver purchases
- Process payments, manage plans and keep credit records, including for tax and accounting
- Keep the Service safe: prevent fraud, repeat trials and abuse, enforce our Terms and handle takedown requests
- Keep evidence that consent was given for each AI model
- Send service emails, such as sign-in links, receipts, payment problems and failed generations with their refunds
- Send product news and offers, only if you turn them on
- Understand how Studio is used, only if you allow analytics cookies
- Provide customer support
We use your AI model photos only to make content with that AI model. We do not use your uploads or generated content to train AI models for anyone else.
3. How We Share Your Information
3.1 We Do NOT Sell Your Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
3.2 Service Providers
We share data with third-party providers who help us operate:
- Vercel: hosting, servers and background jobs
- Supabase: sign-in and our database. Your AIGNCY account is shared with other AIGNCY apps that use the same sign-in
- Cloudflare R2: private storage for your photos, uploads and generated content
- Stripe: payments, invoices and tax
- fal.ai and Google Gemini: AI providers that generate your content. They receive the photos, references and settings each generation needs
- Google: if you choose Google sign-in, Google shares your email, name and profile photo with us
- PostHog: product analytics, only if you allow analytics cookies
3.3 Legal Requirements
We may disclose information if required by:
- Law enforcement or legal process
- Protection of our rights or safety
- Fraud prevention
3.4 Business Transfers
If AIGNCY is acquired or merged, your information may be transferred to the successor entity.
4. Your Content and AI Models
- Your AI models, reference photos, templates and Vault are private to your account and not shared with other users
- Files are kept in private storage and shown to you through links that expire after a short time
- We do not put your AI models or content in the shop, or use them in our marketing, without your permission
- When you delete an item from your Vault, a template or an AI model, we delete its files from storage
- Content you made with an AI model stays in your Vault after you delete that model
5. Data Retention
5.1 Active Accounts
We keep your data while your account is open, so Studio works for you.
5.2 Deleted Accounts
When you delete your account, we delete your profile, AI models and their photos, templates, Vault and credits right away, and cancel your plan. We keep only:
- Likeness consent records, with your user ID removed, as evidence that consent was given
- A one-way hash of your email address, so the free trial cannot be claimed again
- Payment and invoice records that tax and accounting law require
- Crate open records
- Takedown requests and what we did about them
- Copies in backups, until those backups expire
- Anything we must keep by law or for a legal claim (legal holds)
5.3 Old Studio Accounts
If you had an account on the old AIGNCY Studio, you can claim it for 90 days (see the Terms of Service). Old passwords and sign-in tokens are not carried over. Accounts that are never claimed are not moved to the new Studio, and accounts deleted in the old Studio are never moved.
6. Cookies and Analytics
6.1 Cookie Categories
Studio uses the cookies below. You choose in Cookie settings, which you can open from the footer of these pages, from Help and from your account menu.
- Necessary (always on): keep you signed in, remember your cookie choice for about six months, and keep the site secure
- Analytics (off until you turn it on): PostHog cookies, whose names start with ph_. They are set only after you opt in
- Affiliate referral (only while our affiliate program runs): if you open an affiliate's link, a cookie named sv_aff remembers that affiliate's code and the time for 60 days, so the affiliate is credited if you sign up. It holds nothing else
Studio also keeps a few settings in your browser's storage, such as whether shop sounds are on. These stay on your device. Studio has no advertising cookies.
6.2 What Analytics Collects
- A pseudonymous internal ID for your account, never your email or name
- Events such as pages viewed, templates opened, generations started, finished or failed, crates opened and checkouts started. Events hold IDs, kinds and counts, never your prompts, captions, links, file names or images
- Your device and browser type, your IP address and the approximate location PostHog works out from it
There are no session recordings, no automatic click tracking and no heatmaps. Analytics data is sent to PostHog's US cloud by default. We use analytics only with your consent.
6.3 Your Choices
- Analytics stay off unless you choose Accept all or turn Analytics on in Cookie settings
- If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a no to analytics and do not show the cookie banner. You can still turn analytics on yourself in Cookie settings
- You can change your choice at any time. Turning analytics off stops new events from being sent
7. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures:
- Encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS)
- Encrypted data storage
- Private storage separated per account, behind links that expire
- Access controls and authentication
However, no system is 100% secure.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
- Access: Request a copy of your data
- Correction: Update inaccurate information. You can change your email and name in Account settings
- Deletion: Delete your account in Account settings, or ask us to delete your data
- Portability: Export your data with Request my data in Account settings
- Withdraw consent: Turn analytics off in Cookie settings, or marketing emails off in your email preferences, at any time
- Opt-Out: Unsubscribe from marketing emails with the one-click link in every optional email
To exercise these rights, contact support@gncy.ai. We will respond within the time the law where you live requires.
9. Age Restrictions
The Service is only for users 18 and older, who confirm their age when they sign up. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
10. International Users
AIGNCY is based in the United States. Your data is processed in the US and wherever our service providers run their services.
11. Third-Party Links
The Service may contain links to third-party sites, such as the public posts shown in Inspo. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. Changes will be posted with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
