Affiliate Program Terms

1. About these terms

These terms cover the AIGNCY Studio affiliate program ("the Program"), run by AIGNCY, LLC ("AIGNCY", "we", "us"). If you join the Program, you agree to these terms as well as the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If something here conflicts with the Terms of Service, these terms apply to the Program.

2. Joining the Program

  • You apply from your Studio account. You must be 18 or older and give accurate information about yourself, your channels and how you'll promote Studio.
  • We review every application and may approve or decline it at our discretion. We may ask for more information.
  • One affiliate account per person or business. Your affiliate account is tied to your Studio account.
  • You get a personal link (studio.gncy.ai/?ref=YOURCODE) and a code. The link works on any Studio page.
  • When someone opens your link, a cookie remembers your code for 60 days. If they open another affiliate's link afterwards, the last link opened counts.
  • Someone is your referral when they create a new Studio account within 60 days of opening your link. Existing accounts can't become referrals.
  • A referral is recorded once, when the account is created, and doesn't change afterwards. Our records decide who referred whom.

4. Commission

  • You get 30% of what each referral pays Studio for plans and credit packs, and 10% of what they pay for Shop purchases (AI models, launch kits, bundles, Series editions and content packs), in the 12 months after their account is created.
  • A custom rate we agree with you applies to plans and credit packs. Shop purchases always earn the Shop rate.
  • Commission is worked out on the amount actually paid, after tax and after any discount, in US dollars, and rounded down to the cent. Free, trial, reward and promotional credits don't count.
  • We may change the commission rate or the window for future payments with notice. Commission already recorded keeps the rate it was recorded at.
  • These terms describe how commission is calculated. They don't promise any amount of referrals, sales or commission.

5. Hold, approval and payment

  • Each commission is held for 30 days after the payment, to cover refunds and chargebacks. After the hold it's approved.
  • We pay approved balances once a month, when they reach $25 or more. Smaller balances roll over to the next month.
  • Payouts go by PayPal or Wise to the details you give us. We may add bank payouts through Stripe (Stripe Connect) later. You must finish the payout setup, including any tax information we ask for, before we can pay you.
  • You're responsible for your own taxes. We may withhold payment until we have the tax information the law requires.
  • If a payout fails, the balance stays approved and we try again in the next monthly run.

6. Refunds, chargebacks and clawbacks

If a referral's payment is refunded or disputed, the commission on that payment is taken back (a clawback). If the commission hasn't been paid yet, it's simply removed. If it was already paid, the clawback comes off your next payout. A partial refund takes back the matching share.

7. Self-referrals and fraud

  • You can't refer yourself, your own other accounts, or accounts you control. We check for this, for example by account, email address and network, and don't pay commission on them.
  • Referrals that look related to you may be held for review. Their commission stays on hold until we've checked them.
  • We may void commission that comes from fraud, fake accounts, stolen payment details, incentivised sign-ups or anything else that breaks these terms, and recover commission already paid for it.

8. How you may promote Studio

  • Show and explain what Studio does: its templates, AI models, photos, carousels and reels, using your own honest words and experience.
  • Use the approved snippets and Studio images from your affiliate dashboard, or your own content that follows these terms.
  • Follow the rules of every platform you post on.

9. What's not allowed

  • Income or earnings claims: no promises or suggestions that anyone will make money, a certain income or results with Studio, and no screenshots of earnings.
  • Spam: no unsolicited messages or emails, no comment spam, and no posting in groups or channels that don't allow promotion.
  • Brand bidding: no paid search or social ads on "AIGNCY", "Studio", "AIGNCY Studio", gncy.ai or misspellings of them, and no domains, handles or pages that use our brand.
  • Misleading claims about AI: no saying or implying that AI-generated content shows a real person who agreed to it when that isn't true, that no consent is needed to use someone's likeness, that the content can't be identified as AI, or anything else Studio doesn't do.
  • Pretending to be AIGNCY or speaking for us, and coupon or deal sites unless we agree in writing.
  • Paying or rewarding people just to sign up or buy through your link.
  • Promoting Studio to anyone under 18 or next to illegal, hateful or sexual content involving real people without consent.

Breaking these rules can end your place in the Program and cancel commission that hasn't been paid.

10. Disclosure

You must clearly disclose that you're an affiliate every time you share your link or promote Studio, close to the link or the recommendation, in words people will notice and understand, such as "#ad" or "affiliate link: I get a commission if you buy". In videos, say it out loud and show it on screen. In the United States the Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides require this; many other countries have similar rules, and you must follow the ones that apply to you.

11. Our relationship

You're an independent contractor. Nothing in these terms makes you our employee, partner, agent or representative, and you can't make promises or agreements on our behalf.

12. Ending the partnership

  • You can leave the Program at any time. We can end your place in it at any time, with or without a reason.
  • If it ends because you broke these terms, commission that hasn't been paid is cancelled. Otherwise, we pay your approved balance at the next monthly run, even if it's under $25.
  • After it ends, stop using your link and our brand.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll tell you before changes that affect your commission take effect. If you keep taking part after a change, the new terms apply.
